We want every homeowner who reaches Focustoilet Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Focustoilet Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@focustoilet.lat and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may involve contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
